Dick Cheney has backed off his position that there was a link between 911 and Iraq (finally), but now he's blaming Richard Clark for the 911 attacks. Nevermind that Richard Clark was the one that wrote the famous "Bin Laden Determined to Strike" memo, and on September 4th 2001, exactly one week before the attacks, sent another memo warning of an attack that would leave hundreds dead.
Wow! There are two Dicks in this story but one in name only.
